Your chicken, my chicken, fried chicken

If there's one thing I LOVE, it has to be fried chicken. Whether it's from KFC or ghetto brand, I'll eat it regardless.  There's something comforting and relaxing about fried chicken.  It could be the salty, crunchy skin or it could be delightful meat.  I've been working on my version of fried chicken based on Korean style fried chicken with Vietnamese flavors.  I'd say it's a foodies delight.
